Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 10, 2026

1. Enrollment and Registration

By submitting an enrollment form, you are requesting a seat in a specific training program at Vital Healthcare Training.

Enrollment is not finalized until your registration invoice has been paid in full.
You must meet all Washington state prerequisites for your chosen program, including age and background check requirements.

2. Registration Fee and Payments

Non-Refundable Fee: A $100 registration fee is required to secure your spot in any class. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total tuition cost.
Invoicing: After form submission, an invoice will be sent to your provided email address. Payment is due upon receipt to guarantee your selected start date.
Tuition: Total tuition for the 116-hour NAC program is $850, and the 40-hour Bridge program is $500.

3. Class Attendance and Participation

To receive a certificate of completion, students must attend all required classroom hours, skills labs, and clinical rotations.
Vital Healthcare Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes based on enrollment numbers or instructor availability.

4. Clinical Requirements

Students participating in clinical rotations at partnering facilities must comply with all facility-specific health and safety protocols. This may include proof of vaccinations, TB testing, and a cleared criminal background check.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vital Healthcare Training provides high-quality instruction aimed at preparing students for state certification; however, we do not guarantee employment or successful passage of state exams.
